What would a wannabe writer be without a post from a café on a cold, after snowstorm, Connecticut Monday morning…so here you have it! My “chai latte & everything bagel with butter” post!
I came here to (early) celebrate my Mom turning 90 years old on January 13th. It snowed. My flight got canceled. I stayed an extra day and now I can write my blog from a café.
Listening to the sounds of dishes clinking, griddle sizzling, background music and soft conversations. A few laptop patrons hard at work and now I have the cozy company of my son for a breakfast chat! What a vibe!
I am on a journey to be some sort of writer, not sure what kind, but will write and see where it takes me. I hope you enjoy my chai latte post, I’m enjoying sitting here writing it!
